The PM saved the life of the DD cameraman as he alerted the man to move away from the dam waters

Prime Minister Narendra Modi not only inaugurated the SAUNI irrigation project in Jamnagar, Gujarat on Tuesday, he also averted a tragic accident by alerting a cameraman on time.


A Doordarshan cameraman was standing near a spot close to the dam, when PM Modi spotted him, and alerted him to move away as the dam water would flow in a rush towards him.


The cameraman moved in the nick of time, thanks to the PM. However, the camera was washed away when the water was released at Aji Dam from the Narmada River.

Reports from ANI state that the camera and the tripod were recovered later and the DD cameraman was also safe.


The inauguration site of the project is located at Sanosara village near Dhroll. At least 10 dams and reservoirs have been built under the project, located at Rajkot, Jamnagar and Morbi. All the dams will soon be filled up with the Narmada River water.

3. BUT ASTONISH OUR CITIZEN'S CARELESSNESS;

4. DRAW ATTENTION TO ALL CITIZEN FOR PLUS -  MINUS THINGS IN THE ACTION;

5. WE ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH PM.
