True abiding success is that in which lies the welfare and well being of all people.

When all are happy, then our happiness is automatically included.

When we strive selfishly only for our own happiness, we can make many people miserable.

Secondly, true success is that in which lies prosperity for all, steady inner growth, and firm and abiding spiritual values (dharma).

In order to gain true and lasting success we need certain qualities which we will now discuss.
