Respected family members of this great holy Nation.

Sub : Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal: Is he normal?

Ref : Kejriwal has developed habit of blaming PM for everything: Parrikar

1.
It is hard to deal with a maverick. Now Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi Chief Minister and the supreme boss of the Aam Aadmi Party, has come up with a hare-brained idea to conduct a referendum in the capital whether or not the people want the union territory to be given full-fledged statehood. Of course, there is no provision in law for such a referendum. But this has not prevented the bull-in-the china-shop to try and unsettle things and thus invite attention to his own failure to provide a meaningful government in the capital city of India. But why stop at merely asking the voters about statehood. Now that you are at it, why not ask if they would like to break free and form an independent republic to be named Arvind Stan. A bad workman quarrels with his tools.

Even if Kejriwal is given free rein, he will make a mess of Delhi because governance is not his strong suit- street-side agitation and NGO entrepreneurship is. For god’s sake, have some mercy on the people in Delhi. Concentrate on their problems about health, education, transport, water, electricity, sanitation, etc; all areas directly under the Delhi Government, and prove that AAP is not all hot air and possesses some talent for administering the ever growing metropolis as well. Already, the USP of AAP lies in tatters what with a number of crooks and criminals among its legislators being exposed daily. Why does Kejriwal want to add to his own problems, coming up with outlandish ideas every other day? Instead, find a way to work with the Centre in the larger interest of Delhi in order to mitigate the growing civic mess. Going by his record, Kejriwal will continue to indulge in diversionary pranks and antics to the growing consternation of the voters.

2. Kejriwal has gone too far; Modi should respond on baseless murder charge :

Nothing will get you as much publicity as claiming your life is in danger. They even give you Z-level security. But to accuse the Prime Minister of your country of trying to kill you is a very serious charge, and cannot be kept in the comfortable confines of rhetoric. It is an accusation and must be acted upon as such.

Any sane person's first reaction would be to say stop flattering yourself. You are just the chief minister of Delhi and your party isn't exactly national; surely Modi has other things to do than to plot your demise. So stop the babbling.
But if cognisance is taken officially of Kejriwal's public statement, then by virtue of his position and the fact that he is on record, he needs to go the whole nine yards and place a report at the nearest police station and file an FIR listing reasons — beyond the fertility of his imagination — why he has made such a grave accusation.

3. Forgot his duty as CM DELHI, Arvind Kejriwal has no other job, other than abusing our NATION'S PM :

For all intents and purposes, Modi must be questioned because that is the way the law works. For 1.2 billion people. And if we find that Kejriwal had no grounds for his finger pointing exercises, then he must profusely apologise for his indiscretion, for bringing the PM's office into disrepute and pay the price.

What is not acceptable is for this to be just another chapter in the "foibles" of Arvind Kejriwal.  He cannot be allowed to get away with it as another self indulgence because this is dynamite.

In the history of independent India, no PM has been accused of conspiracy to murder. So the Aam Aadmi Party chief needs to step up and take this to the next logical level or be open to a charge of mental instability.

We all know there are shenanigans and there is grandstanding and there are exchanges of insult in politics. But you cannot get worse than this. He has already called Modi a psychopath and a coward. Even if it was a chief minister, we could read Modi's silence at that point as sheer contempt. But when you are accused of murder, then even Narendra Modi must be compelled to respond.

This is a situation where a Prime Ministerial silence will be profound weakness. Oh yes, the media will laugh it off in a couple of days and the public will forget because they are not going to take it half seriously, but it is on record and for Modi to say "chodo na, bolne do" will be a luxury.

There comes a time when such nonsense is not comedy, is not entertaining and, without evidence, not acceptable. Since cases against Aam Aadmi individuals are sub-judice I cannot comment on them. But even if there was misuse of power, you cannot suspect the PM of planning to kill you and go public without enough proof.

There is only one thing worse that Kejriwal could do, and that is to accuse Modi of being a traitor. For the sake of the Prime Minister's chair and its dignity, it's time Modi broke his silence and spoke out.

4. Degree of obsession: Why Kejriwal will keep snapping at PM Modi's heels till 2019

Why start with an anecdote about media manipulation in an article about Arvind Kejriwal? Because, as I hope to show, the AAP supremo is currently the only politician in India who understands new media (keeping Narendra Modi in mind) and uses it admirably to his advantage.

Narendra Modi crossed the boundaries of Gujarat by proposing "acche din" for supporters. Whether or not he has succeeded so far is a separate question but rivals (within and without) failed to stop him because he sprang an idea whose time had come.

His challengers, therefore, must also spring an equally acceptable axis around which a narrative can be spun. It could be reservations because the fragile post-Mandal equilibrium seems to have run its course. From Patidars to Patels, 'reservation' issue cuts across all divides. Or it could even be about prohibition, as Pratap Bhanu Mehta pointed out in a recent column.

Nitish Kumar, who has of late been touted as Modi's challenger in 2019, has already jumped onto the prohibition bandwagon. Bihar is now a dry state. Clearly, he has chosen the first option.

Equally clearly, Kejriwal seems to have chosen the second. The Delhi chief minister is a master at staying on top of news cycle. How does he do that? By running frequent campaigns in media, both old and new. And most of these are relentless, virulent, venomous harangues against the prime minister. He sees Modi's invisible hand in every ticking of clock.

Note

1.  This is happening because AAP knows where to cash in for opportunity to induce “gross misguidance in india”

2. AAP has a very huge IT cell, These peoples are set to Target those which the entire india follows.

3. You will find this trend not only with the tweets kejriwal, but many, then no one abuse anybody, but Kejriwal does! does!! does!!! only AT OUR PM, WHAT FOR?

My view

1.  Highly educated : These group seldom fall for any propaganda machine of AAP or Congress or BJP . These people decide whom to vote and whom not taking into consideration the actual and ground reality. These people are extreme difficult to misguide.

2. Mid educated : These people most of them are driven by the urge for recognition , these are the main base of AAP , AAP targets these guys and misguides them in the name of development and ends up getting there margin of share. Here is what the tweets of AAP IT cell targets at, misguide these and you get 45% of any area to vote for you. These category people are much into politics, they follow good leaders, that gives you a good count in terms of population to drive towards your propaganda

3. Mild educated : These people see what they follow, its very simple to misguide them and misdirect them, but the ground reality of the national politics is maturing slowly, since more and more people joining the mainline politics. It has become difficult to misguide them unless shown credible evidence. Like example : Congress has actually de regularized the petrol prices , but you cannot see anywhere congress is blamed but BJP.

4. Uneducated : These people leave in very remote areas, with ZERO knowledge of outside world, These are the most susceptible to misguidance but strikingly, they don’t exercise there voting rights .

5. The Opportunist or the Leftist : The most safe player and opportunist who can go to any level for there self centered thinking. There is a famous saying “ A Leftist , is a Leftist Until he becomes RICH”

6. Now it would be very clear why AAP praises are thrown on tweets of Modi and Kejriwal, These are not normal citizen’s these are the AAP IT cell. They target the 3rd Category which is “Mid educated” category. They on most of the cases fall for this propaganda
